Message	thanks for the advice guys, the thermostat in question is a billion 62 degree low temp high flow item. ive never had a problem with the car getting this hot before. ill switch it out for a nismo unit i have. could the pressurisation be caused due to the radiator cap (new nissan 1.2Bar) i really dont see how i could have a blockage in the system itself that large.. unless some of the flashing in the coolant galleries has become dislodged..
